LKRJ Protective Group Inc. is a Canadian security company based in Mississauga, Ontario, serving properties across the Greater Toronto Area. We chose to focus on hospitality and residential properties (hotels, condominiums, and residential communities) because these are the places where safety matters most to people’s everyday lives.
A hotel guest should be able to rest easy. A condo resident should be able to come home without a second thought. A family in a townhouse or gated community should feel that their street is looked after. When security is done well, people barely notice it, because nothing goes wrong.
That is the philosophy behind our tagline, Known for what never happens. We measure success by the incidents that are prevented, the concerns that are addressed early, and the quiet confidence our clients feel knowing their property is in capable hands.

Owner & Chief Executive Officer
Jad leads LKRJ Protective Group Inc.’s overall direction, client relationships, and growth. He is focused on building a security company that property owners and managers can count on, one known for professionalism, reliability, and prevention-first service.
Jad works closely with clients to understand their properties and make sure every site plan reflects their priorities.
Roula Abdel-Samad Mershad
Partner & Chief Operating Officer
Roula is a 50% partner in LKRJ Protective Group Inc. and serves as Chief Operating Officer. She oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, helping ensure that every assignment is well organized, properly staffed, and delivered to a consistent standard.
